Do you actually live on a farm?
Sort of. It’s more like an urban micro-farm. It’s a backyard, a flock of chickens, some raised beds , and a constant desire to do more with less space. We call it Eggsistential Farms because, well… life is weird and so are we.
Do you do this full time?
NO. We have full time, sometimes chaotic, jobs. We are doing what we can, when we can, with the time we have. We are not chasing perfection or profit, simply trying to live more intentionally, grow some of our own food, and enjoy the process along the way.
Can I actually start something like this in my backyard?
Yes! And you don’t need a tractor or a barn. If you’ve got a little bit of outdoor space, some determination, and access to YouTube and zip ties, you’re good to go. We’re figuring it out as we go, and you can too.
Where can I find your DIY plans?
Right here on our DIY page - or on our Shop page if it’s something downloadable. We’re working on sharing all our builds step-by-step, including coop designs, watering systems, compost bins, and garden setups.
Do you sell merch or products?
We do! We’ve got shirts, stickers, digital plans, and other fun stuff in the Eggsistential Farms Shop. Proceeds help us buy more chicken snacks and build even more cool stuff.
Can I email you with questions or ideas?
Yes! Head over the to Contact Page or check us out on social media. We love hearing from fellow DIYers, chicken folks, and mildly unhinged homesteaders.
Are you on YouTube or Instagram?
Absolutely! That’s how we started. Over on those platforms you can watch us make stuff, grow things, and occasionally lose our minds on
Youtube
Why “Eggsistential Farms”?
Because we were in the middle of a millennial spiral and though, “whaif we leaned into this?” Chickens + identity crisis = brand. It made us laugh, so we kept it.
Want more info?
If your question isn’t here, reach out to us. We’re usually around — unless the chickens (or kids) got out again.
Are we looking for potential sponsors or collabs?
We’re always up for the right collaboration — especially if it involves backyard living, DIY tools, chicken-friendly gear, or gardening chaos.
